thinking activity of "Lord Of The flies" by William Golding

Hello readers,
I am Yagnadipsinh Rathod, and this blog is about a thinking activity related to Lord of the Flies. I will be answering some questions according to my understanding.

1. What are your views on the idea of freedom?

Freedom has many meanings and definitions, and sometimes people struggle to find the right one. My definition is based on my personal opinion. An action that doesn’t harm anyone can be called freedom. When an action starts harming others, freedom ends, and a person becomes selfish.

2. Does freedom make a person an anarchist?

While freedom is a core principle for anarchists, not everyone who values freedom is an anarchist. The label of anarchism involves specific beliefs about the nature of authority and society, which go beyond a general desire for freedom.

3. Write the moral of the novel in your own words.

When you are good to others, they may take advantage of you.
Humanity seems to be lost in this world.
Fear is just a weakness of thought.

4. How would you like to end the novel?

According to me, the ending should be like this:If there were a female character named Sophia, both Ralph and Jack would try to impress her. In their attempts, they would discover the meaning of Sophia's name. This revelation might reduce the chances of anyone dying. In the end, they would create their own rules and regulations "according to the girl."

Conclusion
These are my thoughts on Lord of the Flies.
